Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and btjl ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the btjl website located at https://btjl.io and all associated services, products, features, and content offered by btjl (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the btjl platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services and must close your account immediately if one already exists.

btjl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. The btjl platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. btjl reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposits made will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

2.2 Geographic Availability. The Services are intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the btjl platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. btjl makes no representation that the Services are lawful or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside those for which the platform is designed.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To access the full range of btjl Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current registration information. You agree to notify btjl promptly if any of your registration details change. btjl may refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the btjl platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and prohibition from future registration.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) to hold a btjl account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of btjl or any of its software or game suppliers.
• You must not have previously had a btjl account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh for account verification purposes.
• You must complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal.

Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btjl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. btjl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify the btjl support team immediately at [email protected]. btjl will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds transferred or wagered prior to your notification.

3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to keep all account information accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the mobile banking account number associated with your btjl wallet. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request to close your btjl account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, and any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered mobile wallet. btjl may refuse account closure while a formal investigation is ongoing.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. btjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). btjl does not accept international payment cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency for any transaction.

4.2 Deposit Terms. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your btjl account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant mobile financial service provider. btjl is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network outages. A maximum daily deposit limit may apply to your account; please refer to your account settings for the applicable limit.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved. btjl aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of pending requests.

4.4 Transaction Fees. btjl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges. btjl is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Disputed Transactions. If you believe a transaction on your account is erroneous or unauthorised, you must contact the btjl support team within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Claims raised after this period may not be investigated. btjl will review disputed transactions in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. btjl offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, minimum odds restrictions on sports betting, and a time limit within which the wagering requirement must be met. • Welcome bonus funds must be activated within 7 days of the qualifying deposit being credited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bets placed with bonus funds at odds of less than 1.5 (1/2) do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Casino game contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games contribute at a reduced rate.
• btjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. btjl operates sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify abuse of bonus offers. Actions deemed to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to exploit bonus terms, exploiting system errors, and participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players. Where bonus abuse is identified, btjl reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the btjl platform are accepted subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published by btjl. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference in your account. btjl reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and may vary by sport, event, market type, and individual account. btjl reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits on individual accounts without prior notice, particularly where a pattern of matched betting, arbitrage, or other systematic wagering is identified.

6.3 Odds Errors. In the event that an obvious error in odds results in a bet being accepted at a price that is materially different from the correct market price at the time of placement, btjl reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account balance. btjl will notify affected players in such circumstances.

6.4 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are subject to delays in acceptance due to feed latency or data provider issues. btjl operates a "last click" policy where the odds displayed at the precise moment of bet confirmation (not submission) govern the accepted bet. By placing a live bet, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

6.5 Abandoned and Postponed Events. If an event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed for more than 36 hours from the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the market has already been settled. Casino and Game Rules

7.1 Game Providers. Casino games available on the btjl platform are provided by third-party software suppliers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game provider maintains their own game-specific rules which are accessible within the individual game interface. By participating in any casino game, you acknowledge and accept the rules of that game as determined by its provider.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games offered on the btjl platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG certification is maintained by independent testing laboratories to ensure the fairness and unpredictability of results. btjl makes no representations or warranties regarding outcomes of any individual game session.

7.3 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, the game will resume from its last confirmed state upon reconnection, where technically possible. If a game session cannot be restored, the outcome will be determined by the game provider's standard disconnection rules. btjl will not be held liable for losses attributable to disconnection caused by your internet service provider, device failure, or power interruption.

7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of any casino game — including display errors, miscalculated payouts, or software faults — btjl reserves the right to void all affected game rounds and return stakes to player accounts. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is an industry-standard principle and applies to all games on the btjl platform.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

btjl is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and secure betting environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner not intended by btjl or its game providers.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on privileged information not available to the general public.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or other multiplayer game.

• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing btjl staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

Where btjl identifies or reasonably suspects any of the above conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all pending and settled bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct, forfeit all account balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by law. btjl's determination in these matters is final.

Responsible Gaming

btjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to helping players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every player account, including:

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the btjl platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, transmit, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any content or software from the btjl platform without our express prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. btjl will not be liable for any loss of wagering opportunity or inability to place bets during periods of platform unavailability.

11.2 Financial Losses. Gambling involves risk, and you may lose money that you deposit into your btjl account. btjl is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal betting and gaming activity. The platform does not guarantee winnings, and past results do not indicate future performance in any betting market or casino game.

11.3 Third-Party Services. btjl is not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or failures of third-party service providers including mobile banking platforms (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), internet service providers, data feed providers, or game software suppliers, where such failures directly or indirectly affect your ability to use the Services or result in financial loss.

Privacy and Data

By using the btjl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which btjl operates. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process outlined in our FAQ page. btjl's decision on matters of fact relating to bets, account history, and platform functionality shall be treated as conclusive, subject to manifest error. All claims must be submitted within 6 months of the relevant event; claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
